Dehydration is something that should be taking very seriously because it can affect your body in a harmful way. The term Dehydration means that the body has lost a large amount of water, which results in depletion of body fluids. On the average an adult losses about 2 to 3 quarts of water a day, about 1 cup of that comes from the soles of the feet, 2-4 cups comes from breathing and another cup comes from perspiration etc...
