Its one of the favorite places for Romans and visitors in Rome. The most important achievements of Rome are arches, vaults, and domes. They hardly ever put arches into temple designs; one of the exceptions is the pantheon. It is topped with a curved dome that looks out to the sky and when it rains it hit's the marble of the pantheon floor. The arch became popular in 313 BC and still today is known throughout the world.
