This plan will allow a sufficient time frame and will consider financial obligations. First the team will brainstorm to identify the issues, gather as much information as possible, identify any alternatives and consider the consequences of each choice. Next the team will complete a PEST market analysis to establish the Political, Economic, Social and Technological factors the organization must face.
